What follows is a 10-minute interview I did for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) with veteran anchor Heather Hiscox. Our conversation was about the current geopolitical situation and included footage and clips from China’s massive parade and various leaders. Please note that the footage from the parade shows the chilling and “robotic” head turning by Chinese troops as their leader, President Xi Jinping, passes by.

Diane, what would happen if Nato simply ignored the bully tactics of Putin and granted Ukraine inclusion into Nato despite what he says. How possible is that this show of strength (and perhaps foolhariness from the West) would defeat the Russians and end the war. Are we near to that happening?
