There is NO doubt that Mr Trudeau ( I'm being nice) is not leading anything and that he is in fact in a ministerial role that by even his own account of his job being that of a ceremonial!??( his words shortly after dismissing Ms Payette as the Governor General of Canada)
Somehow he may have got the definition of each job title transposed??
Buy truly Canada's Parliamentary system is broken.
To allow a party to run in only one jurisdiction and not required to , " run in " and fund candidates in a minimum of 80% of all Canadian ridings should be against a national election process.
Separatist party's should have to run in a minimum of national ridings or be declared "independent" with no party status or leader!.
Any party that has interests in separating should not legally be able to run in a Federal National Election where by all citizens across the nation have ability to vote for that same party based on its policies.!!
The fragmentation of like mindedness vs divergent Ideals within one party should not hamstring an entire population into having to choose between fear of what might be or disgust and distain for what is .
Incompetence , ineptitude and/or corruption should not be an option that citizens of a nation must choose for THEIR WAY FORWARD!
Those that sell feelings for votes , willing to ignore the long term costs in unsustainable and outrageous spending schemes ( who knows where the hundreds of billions $$ really are going) , not for the benefit for those they are elected to SERVE , but for their own personal agendas and wealth creation must have methods of accountability to ensure prudent management for all.
Those that sell models of math in governance are publicly scrutinized and vilified as uncaring, cold and out of touch with new generations.
Vilified for wanting prudent governance and accountability and not having " feelings "
CITIZENS want to be coddled and treated like babies , having everything provided for them just because they went to school and followed the rules..
Price should never impede the ability to " feel good " .
And thus we are left with hugely divergent ideals , often separated by masculine vs feminine ideologies of what is needed to run the nation.
Obviously it's somewhere in the middle .
Sadly the middle is not an option when the left makes the entire nation more about feelings than duty to our nation first and accountability to our next generations.
I may have been to vague and yet too diverse on points but the Parliamentary system is a train wreck and an opportunity for a minority Government to " hi-jack" a nation with less than 35% support !
Two many parties separate ideologies leaving no clear majority to run the Givernment " OF THE PEOPLE " .

The problem America has is that they have thousands of intelligent qualified people to be a President, yet none of them want the job!!
