This article I like. I noticed that deliverables are about 5 billion over a 5 month period. With Russian weapons costing only a third that means only about 1.7 billion in comparable armaments have been delivered. Overwhelming force is required to win and the USA, Germany, France, Italy had better pull up their socks - talk is cheap - delivered action required. Canada too.

My stomach has NOT stopped turning since the war began - & have been disheartened that top-grade military equipment was slow to enter Ukr - when the rails were secure & roads safe. NOW, it's another matter. So many young Ukr soldiers have perished - highly skilled & well-educated men of all ages have been murdered - atrocities that would make Hitler proud - AND Nato sits on the sidelines watching. The Black Sea should have been purged of RU ships long ago - THEY do NOT own the BLACK SEA -yet you see they do, in fact. Too many stalls, delays, wringing of hands (Germany) poor political foresight on defense (giving Russia ALL their energy needs is reckless & thoughtless). Putin has been laying the bricks perfectly - his Chess game is well planned - the devil has nearly won - by destroying Ukraine right before our eyes!

Putin’s obsession with territorial expansion makes little sense. They could have far more influence and power with the revenue derived from Natural resources, than alienating its neighbouring countries. The appetite and need for NGas and Oil grows every day. Next thing, he will want to renegotiate the deal when Russia sold Alaska to the U.S.
