So true. And Trump-Putin desperately tried to involve Ukraine in the outrageous phone-call scam in 2019. The Ukraine bravely resisted, and continued even as Trump-Putin tried other scams. The Ukrainians are EARNING their democracy and deserve all the help we can give them.
Dear Diane, Thank you so much! As an Ukrainian-American, I value your support for Ukraine so much. My parents fled the Soviets after WWII. Ukraine is such a highly cultured and educated country with a rich history. Can you imagine if the money that was spent on a country like Ukraine? A country that never asks for boots on the ground. Support from the west will ensure not only security for Ukraine for the all of western Europe. I hope Ukraine is never left behind.
Sounds like the scenario with Hong Kong, Taiwan and other parts around the China sea. We are already getting resistance with Belt and Road in Pakistan . Freedom from Russian or Chinese oppression ( and even Taliban) is worth fighting for, wouldn't you say ? Biden's not doing much !
