It still boils down to good police work if there is no good investigation then no tech can help if things are not done right.

I don't understand why people still refer to them as "smart phones" when they are clearly just tracking devices with options.

Well, there goes my stomach - turned over at the invasiveness of our lives, our 'everything'. Just an uneasy feeling as cyber attacks are being reported on the rise putting financial institutions AND defense in jeopardy. China and Russia (among others) are VERY active in creating havoc for those who 'they don't like. J Trudeau was slow to remove Huawei from Canada & it is still being used in various businesses in Canada despite the threat of spy ware. This is not going to end good ---maybe good for crime searching but . . . . .

Pegasus looms over this discussion...Pandora’s box can’t be closed..but frankly am no longer trusting police and other authorities to use tech ....btw- “eye-popping” is getting hackneyed and seems a silly term..eyes don’t “pop”..
