it is imperative that politicians quit using China as the "enemy" to rile up the bases. There are practical strategies and tactics to dealing with China and other world relations and we would be better served if our politicians were just truthful about that.
That's only a workable solution if the partners in the project are behaving honestly. China has shown time and again that it is a very dishonest player. Good luck!
