Maybe the best approach with Putin is to ( In war strategy terms ) outflank him. The US or Biden should start conversations with Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan , Armenia and best of all Georgia !

Another Russian predation that Biden and NATO haven’t reprimanded Putin for is the downing of MH17.
Plus, I don’t understand why there aren’t plenty of NATO war ships in the Black Sea. After all there are 3 member countries in NATO with considerable Black Sea coastline: Turkey, Romania, and Bulgaria. Don’t be shy NATO.
